Hello applicant. You are about to apply for a license to operate a mobile home park in the City of Baraboo. Here are a few pointers to help you along the way. For questions, please refer to Baraboo City Code 12.12 available on the City’s website at WEBSITE.
Before beginning this application you should obtain a $1000 Surety Bond for every 50 mobile home spaces and be ready to upload it to your application.
You will not be able to save an incomplete application. If you have to quit before finishing you have the ability to print the incomplete application for later reference.
Payment is required at the end of the process. Payment options include: online, US mail, or in person. More details will be provided at the completion of the application.
After completing application and payment, please allow 30 days for processing.
