[City of Baraboo] picnic application

All Applicants Please Note: The City of Baraboo has recently amended their Ordinance regarding Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage. With this change, ALL applications submitted for a Picnic License must be reviewed and approved by both the Administrative Committee and the City Council. Because of this, please allow 45 days for processing.

Hello applicant. You are about to apply for a license to sell and serve beer and/or wine. Here are a few pointers to help you along the way.

Before beginning this application you should gather the names and addresses of officers, the date that the organization was created and the name and contact information for the person in charge of the event.

You will not be able to save an incomplete application. If you have to quit before finishing you have the ability to print the incomplete application for later reference.

Payment of $10 is required at the end of the process. Payment options include: online, US mail, or in person. More details will be provided at the completion of the application.

After completing application and payment, please allow 45 days for processing.
